Meet Eric! My Herbalife Distributor & Trainer! 



Eric Ramey, Herbalife Distributor and Certified Personal Trainer happens to be a long time friend of mine. When I met him, he was that guy on the left. Watching his transformation, seeing it from the beginning and as he continues to even know reach new heights in his personal health and fitness goals; I had to hit him up for help. I have been battling with my weight for a long time now. I go up and down , but recently I would say about a year and a half ago I hit my heaviest. 274. Here I am, as of today 1/14/2014 at 236lbs. So far I've lost a total of 38lbs!!! 14 of those pounds were lost on my first month of Herbalife under the training and guidance of Eric Ramey. Ramey started me off on the Herbalife Starter Kit which includes: 

2 Containers of Meal Replacements in Cookies & Cream and Wild Berry, Daily Vitamin Supplements, Cell Activator Supplements, and Raspberry Tea!

HOW I MAKE MY SHAKES!




Herbalife is comes in the form of a number of great tasting shakes, and they are used as meal replacements. I replace 2 meals out of the day with a shake. So if I decide to eat breakfast, then I would have a shake for lunch and dinner, while of course snaking in between. Here are a few things I snack on; Cashews and a cup of fruit, a green smoothie, etc...

Meal Examples:

Breakfast: 

3 Egg Whites
2 Cups of Spinach
1/2 cup of Mushrooms
Chopped Red Onions
A pinch of Feta Cheese
(sometimes 2 pieces of Turkey Bacon as well)
Sauteed All together and seasoned with basil

Drink: Water w/Lemon


Lunch: Lettuce Wraps

Iceberg Lettuce
Ground Turkey
Black Bean Salsa
Feta Cheesa
Avocado

With this I don't use any seasoning. For flavor the salsa, feta cheese and avocado are enough. Take all the ingredients, place them inside a leaf of Iceberg lettuce and wrap it up...

Dinner:

4oz Salmon
Steamed or Sautéed Veggies
Baked Sweet Potato with a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg


So yes! On top of all of that I work out 3 times a week. To be honest, sometimes I don't even get to work out that much. I'm so busy and I'm still trying to figure out a good balance. So this week I started MONTH 2 of Herbalife! I took a month break but stuck to my meal plan and didn't gain a pound. STAY TUNED FOR MY MONTH 2 RESULTS only here at ALLTHINGSBEE.COM!
